Refund policy

We offer a 7-day return policy for all unused products. Items must be free of colognes/perfumes, snags/tears, and spots/stains. Customers may return items for a store credit within 10 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition, packaging, and tags.

Once Brand TYSHEILA™ receives your returned item (s) they will be inspected and a BTS representative will contact you by email or phone to discuss your store credit.
